Our French restaurant, located inthe heart of the Meatpacking District, is seeking a pastry chef with experience in a high volume environment.  This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Pastry Sous Chef looking to move into a more senior role, as they will have the benefit of mentorship from our classically trained Corporate Pastry Chef.  The ideal candidate is trained in French patisserie technique, communicates clearly in English (French fluency a plus), and has an artistic eye for pastry design.  This position requires night, weekend, and holiday availability.  There is strong potential for job growth in our large, multinational restaurant group, and our preference is for a candidate who wishes to learn and grow within a company.
