Bagatelle, a rapidly growing global brand, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for our American properties.  You should will have at least 5 years' experience in luxury marketing, with at least 2 of those holding a management position. Our ideal candidate will have a background with an emphasis on both food and culture, and excellent aesthetic principals.  They will be a self-starter who is equally comfortable working independently and collaborating as a team. 

This position requires the ability to construct, apply, and review creative marketing strategies end-to-end to produce determinate results and measure qualitative and quantitative results of strategic initiatives. The Marketing Manager will develop and manage integrated marketing programs, including; content strategies, thought leadership, tasting events, lead generations, media relations, event marketing, and other communications.  They will champion the Bagatelle brand and brand strategy to ensure marketing and communications reflect the brand's message, brand position, and visual identity.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for taking full ownership of social media platforms, including managing social media calendar with weekly content strategies in alignment with key dates and content launches, overseeing the creation, production, and posting of all visuals, and the tracking and curating of all user generated content, maintaining brand standards. They should have a strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram and other related ad tools, including promoting paid content, UGC, and hashtag activation.  This position will manage the community outreach, engaging with our audience across all media platforms, addressing guest concerns and actively building relationships.  They need to remain constantly up to date on current and upcoming trends and innovations in social media, especially in the hospitality industry, and communicate these to chefs and managers for implementation into strategy.  Lastly, they must be able to provide clear monthly reporting analyzing performance of social media content and campaigns using native and third-party insight tools.
