Our French restaurant, located in the heart of the Meatpacking District, is seeking a pastry chef with experience in a high volume environment.  The ideal candidate is trained in French patisserie technique, communicates clearly in English (French fluency a plus), has an artistic eye for pastry design, and is well versed in prep, production, and plating.  This position requires night, weekend, and holiday availability.  There is strong potential for job growth in our large, multinational restaurant group, and our preference is for a candidate who wishes to learn and grow within a company.
